Curious if the Museum Pass is worth it? Let us break it down for you!

The Museum Pass Turkiye gives you 15-day access to awesome museums run by the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Also, you can buy a regional pass if you do not want the full Museum Pass for all museums in Turkey.

If you don’t buy the Museum Pass, we highly recommend downloading the MuseumPass app to see the museums' entrance fees, hours, and addresses.

Things You Need to Know About the Pass:

• In the past year, the Museum Pass prices have gone up due to inflation and the cost is 3,500 TL. Individual museum entry fees are now around 200 - 750 TL as of the end of 2023. So, depending on the number of museums you want to visit, you can decide if it will save you money to purchase it for your trip.
• If you're only visiting Istanbul, the Istanbul Museum Pass is a great alternative. It lets you visit 13 museums over 5 days.
• Buy your pass at your first museum visit. The clock starts ticking for the number of days allowed for your pass with your first card scan for entrance to a museum.
• With the Museum Pass, you can skip the ticket line and go straight to the entrance. Just scan your card and go in.
• There are no discounts for kids for a pass, BUT there are discounts for individual tickets for kids at the museums.
